Highlights, partial,
or balayage?

Most people don't know. Here's the difference.

Balayage

Painted by hand, freehand. Brightest at the ends, softer at the root. Grows out for months without a line. Pick this if you want to come in less often.

Highlights

Foils from root to end, all over your head. The most brightness you can get in one sitting. Pick this if you want blonde, not blended.

Partial Highlights

Same foils, just where they show. Face-frame, part, crown. Pick this if you want the lift without the full price — or you're maintaining a full set.

Allover Color

One shade, whole head. Going darker, going richer, covering a lot of grey at once.

Root / Grey Touch-up

Just the regrowth. Matched to what's already there. This is the one you'll be back for.

Plan for it.

Blonde goes brassy, brunette goes warm, vivids go fast. That's Maui, not a bad color job. A gloss every 6 to 8 weeks keeps it where you left it. Roots every 4 to 6. Rinse after the ocean.

I'd rather tell you that now than after you've paid.

How do I know which one to book?+
Ask me. I'll tell you. If you'd rather just book, pick the one that sounds closest and we'll sort it in the chair.
Are the prices on this page real?+
Yes. Long or very thick hair can run higher, and I'll tell you before we start, not after.
How long does it take?+
Balayage runs 2 to 4 hours. Highlights, 2 to 3. Length and thickness move it either way. Ask and you'll get a time back with your price.
I've got box dye on my hair. Can you still color it?+
Usually. Pick the closest service and mention the box dye when I text you back. Going lighter over it takes more than one visit, and I'll say so up front.
Can I go from dark to blonde in one appointment?+
Sometimes, often not. Depends on where you're starting and what's on your hair. I'll be straight with you when I text you back.
Does the price include a toner?+
Yes. A gloss or toner to finish the tone is in the balayage and highlight prices. Either way you'll see the full number before you book.
How often do I come back?+
Roots every 4 to 6 weeks. Gloss every 6 to 8. Balayage can stretch 3 to 4 months. Sun and salt shorten all of it.
Where are you?+
